Photographing The Landscape

You should use a telephoto or normal lense when wanting to capture a landscape photo not a wide-angle lense. When you use a wide-angle lense your creating an inclusion photo. Most all of the elements you see will be included in your photo. The compostion is more complex and you need lines to lead your eyes to the highlights you want the viewer to see. When you use a telephoto lense your creating an exclusion photo. You choose the element that you want the viewer to see. Telephoto lenses keep it simple.
